Hi, I'm Michal
A nutritional therapist. I help people figure out how to eat and live in a way that makes them feel good again. There’s so much more to healthy eating than just balancing the calories we eat and burn. It's connected to everything - how we feel, think, move, perform, recover and repair.​
​Working a full-time corporate job while juggling a busy personal life, nutrition was the last thing I thought about...but so was my health. Year after year, I gradually pushed my wellbeing lower down my priority list. Until I couldn’t ignore it any longer.
​Like many of the people I now work with, I only started to become interested in my health, when I started to lose it. Long hours, burning the candle at both ends and the buzz of the corporate world demand a lot, both mentally and physically. Burning out was an experience that finally led me to appreciate that self-care; what we eat and how we live, affects everything else. That’s how I discovered nutritional therapy.

What I do
I work with people who are rethinking the way they live, and reprioritising their health goals but are not sure where to begin. I help my clients to understand how their personal and family history, genetics, lifestyle and relationship with food have contributed to their current well-being. I also teach them which foods, nutrients, and lifestyle choices will make their body and mind function best.
​My goal is not to put you on a strict diet or tell you to completely overhaul your life. Instead, we look at what's going on with your health, your habits, and your lifestyle. Then we figure out small, doable changes that can make a big difference over time, and get you inspired to try new things with tasty, quick, healthy meals you can make when you're short on time. I also advise how to manage stress, and improve your sleep and fitness.
Who I work with
My clients are busy professionals who have not been feeling like themselves for some time. Maybe you are dealing with digestive issues that are messing with your social life. Or perhaps you've noticed that your energy isn't quite what it used to be anymore and you can't seem to shake that cloud hanging off. Whatever it is, if you're ready to dig a bit deeper than just following a generic meal plan, we might be a good fit.
How it works
I believe in using science to guide decisions, but I also know that every person is different. What works for one person might not work for another. That's why I spend time getting to know you and your specific circumstances. Here's how the process works:
1. We start with a free discovery call to discuss your goals and see if we're a good fit.
2. If we decide to work together, I’ll ask you to complete some forms about your health history and typical diet to prepare for our initial consultation. This is where I'll ask lots of questions - probably more than your doctor does. We'll look at:​

​3. Why so thorough? Because I help my clients look at the bigger picture. Your body isn't just a bunch of isolated systems - it's a very complex organism where everything affects everything else.
4. Based on all this information, I'll create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your unique needs. We might even use specialised tests to get a clearer picture of your nutritional status.
5. Then we'll work together to implement it, with regular follow-up sessions to track progress and make adjustments. You'll have ongoing support, including email access between sessions for quick question.
The goal is to come up with solutions that fit into your life and help you understand your body better.
Because let's face it, the healthiest diet in the world isn't going to help if you can't stick to it. By the time we're done, I want you to feel confident in making food choices that support your health and well-being.
